Photo 1. Patient D. aged 46. Adentia of tooth 12 and chronic granulomatous periodontitis of tooth 11. Dental implantation in the area of 12 and endodontic endosseous implantation by an implant with shape memory effect through root 11. The density of the bone around implants is reduced as compared with surrounding bone tissue. Above root 11 there is a rounded area of faded bone tissue 10 mm in diameter.
Photo 2. Patient D. aged 47. The result of osteoplasty by the injection of NANO-NTS composite into the area of osteoporosis above root 11. The composite has concentrated in one point adjoining to the base of the over-root spiral part of the endodontic endosseous implant.

NANO-NTS composite was injected into the area of osteoporosis around the EE-implant. NSPTN granules are localized in the form of conglomerate on the spiral part of inter-bone part of EE-implant.

As a result of injection of NANO-NTS composite into areas of osteoporosis, around apical part of root 11 and the area, where inter-bone part of EE-implant turns into spiral, a transitional composite was formed with the regular radiospherical orientation of titanium nickelide with gradient density.
Photo 5. Pacient D. aged 52. The resultant effect in six years after the injection of NANO-NTS composite. Root 6 is partially resorpted, NANO-NTS composite is spherically orientated around the implant with metaplasia of periodontitis into heterophase buffer composite – the periimplant orientated along the flux and functioning as an absorber. The complete integration of titanium nickelide particles with bone tissue and replacement of bone vacancies by the organotype with normal density. Directly around the implant the transitional composite has been formed (phoenixon) with the regular radiospherical orientation of granules and titanium nickelide parts with gradient density. New system “implant-phoenixon-bone” has been generated.

For six years the bio-inorganic composite successfully copes with the imposed function. Thus the bio-inorganic structure which was formed in the organism following NANO-NTS integration with tissues is quite functional, e.g. it optimally performs its integral function in the respective locus. The obtained functional fractal bio-inorganic composite is a result of interaction of organic and inorganic ingredients of NANO-NTS biocomposite with the recipient’s tissues. Such bio-inorganic composites formed by an organism through self-organizing and self-assembling after medicative injection of NANO-NTS gel into foci of destructed tissue we conventionally called “phoenixons”(by analogy with the phoenix mythological bird which was capable of self-rebirth).
Phoenixon is a reparative and regenerative functional structural bio-inorganic tissue unit. It is formed in the place and as a result of injective heterophase implantation of NANO-NTS gel and functionally integrates into surrounding organotypical tissue (photo 6).
The patient is under dynamic supervision and does not make complaints.
